What happens in the case of a cancellation?

If you are canceling 6 weeks or more before your rental start date, we will do our best to re-book all or part of the period of time concerned. If the cottage is re-booked for a comparable period of time, your deposit is returned to you less a $100 handling fee. If only a portion of the period can be re-booked, we will refund a proportional amount of all monies paid, less a handling charge of $100. If we are unable to re-book the cottage, your deposit is considered forfeit. If you booked within 4 weeks of your rental start date and you’d like to cancel, please contact us.
