What happens in emergency situations?
• Should the YPS be closed due to unexpected circumstances or should an emergency arise, parents and guardians will be contacted. We will record a daily message at 8:00AM to confirm that the Studio is open for the day. The hotline will also include information regarding the daily schedule or upcoming events. • The hotline is 713-228-9341, ext. 429. • If the Studio must close due to weather conditions or another type of emergency, we have also established a phone tree system. You will receive a call from your childs teaching artist or another Alley staff member to notify you that YPS is cancelled for the day. • If you need to speak to the YPS director directly due to an emergency, please call the Alley front desk at 713-228-9341, ext. 222.
