What happens in a selection interview?
If you have applied for a junior position, you will have a first interview with a representative of the ING Recruitment Belgium Department. He or she will go over your CV with you and ask you various questions on your career expectations. We advise you to prepare for this interview. We thus try, during the selection interview, to determine which position best matches your personality. Then, there is an interview with the head of the department with the vacant position. Senior applicants are immediately invited for a selection interview with the head of the requesting department, and then interview with the ING Recruitment Belgium Department.
