What happens in a Postnatal Yoga Class?
In the few weeks and months after giving birth it is common to feel tired, possibly anxious or overwhelmed and as most if not all of your energy is focused on looking after your baby there is often little time for your needs. Our focus is on helping you exercise safely, giving you lots of advice and support from sleeping to feeding and how to relax to restore your inner and outer glow. Classes also provide a great opportunity to meet other mums and share experiences – leading to greater wellbeing for you and your new baby.
