What happens in a “group interview”?
Basically, there were a bunch of us, and it was quite informal. The employers asked us some questions (no personal ones) and they observed our interaction with the other potential employees. We each turned in our applications, and the managers said they would call some of us back. (Usually, when people ask for an application, the managers tell them to come to a group interview as well.) 3.) How old do you have to be to work at Abercrombie & Fitch? You have to be 18 years old. 4.) Is there a dress code you must follow while at work? Yes, all the employees have to wear in season A&F clothes. When a new shipment comes in and they change the displays in the front of the store, we must purchase those new clothes to wear at work. Many of the A&F stores require you to wear mostly A&F clothing, for example, pants and a shirt…and they may not care if you have a shirt on underneath that is not A&F.
