The GTS looks for a special line of code that poor hacked Pokemon don’t have.That prevents most hacks from being traded on the GTS.Some hackers are able to hack to where the Pokemon looks 100% legit and the GTS lets those trade.Nintendo will only ban you if you battle online with a Pokemon whos one stat or stats are over 409-415.I forgot exactly the number.
