Not really, it is usually the people that host the movies and songs that get in trouble. The ISPs don’t really want to get rid of you because if they did that they would lose buisness. Also, Limewire and Vuse aren’t illegal, but the songs and movies (which are links) are illegal. If you don’t want to get caught, connect to a proxy!
