What happens if you don get a cavity filled?
You are very smart to get the cavities taken care of. If you leave a cavity, it gets bigger and eventually will get into the nerve of your tooth. When it goes get that advanced, you will end up needing a root canal. Unfortunately, because the decay has become so large, the dentist will have to build up the tooth and put a crown on it. Trust me, this will cost an outrageous amount of money. It is so much better and easier on you as far as pain and money, to get a cavity filled.
