What happens if you can not find a service provider close to the breakdown scene?
E.R.S. Canada’s dispatch process involves finding the closest available service provider to the breakdown scene. In most cases, the service provider dispatched will be from the city or town the service call is in. In the event that a local service provider is not available, E.R.S. Canada will expand the search and bring in a vendor from the next available city or town.
