What happens if when I get my dress it doesn’t fit or ruinned?
All of our merchandise are inspected and recorded before we ship to you. Please email us in 7 days after you sign for it if any problem about quality, size. a. Size: Please take the photos before you get it fitted since we need them to show the tailor who made it. We will not accept the complaint without pictures. b. Quality: If the gown is ruined in the process of transportation, what you should do is take the photos at once and send them to us ASAP. We will reply in less that 24 hours and work out the solutions and discuss with you. Try to be the best!
