What happens if/when an item is backordered?
If an item is found to be out of stock after an order is placed: We will process the items that are available and ship them out. We normally do not hold up orders because an item is backordered. Any item that is backordered will immediately ship when stock is available. All product availability is current inventory. However, errors may sometimes occur resulting in a backordered item. Please note that it is never our intention to charge a customer for orders we cannot ship out immediately. WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT CHOICES? If an item is found to be out of stock after the order is placed, then item will then be in backorder status for 60 days. You will not be charge for the backordered item until the item become available and ready for shipping. The item will be removed from your order if we are unable to fill your backorder in 60days. Please note that it is never our intention to charge a customer for merchandise we cannot ship. You may also e-mail us to replace the item with something else you found on web site to avoid the wait.
