What happens if we send in a cartridge which cant be recycled or is not serviceable?
We have extensive testing procedures to assure our recycled cartridges perform when used. Every recycled cartridge is print tested in a printer, plotter or FAX depending on the type of machine being used. A solid black print test pattern shows that every jet on the cartridge is working before we seal the cartridge.If a customer has paid for a JETPACK mailer and sends a cartridge which cant be recycled, Inkjet Renew your customer will be advised to contact their supplier. Additionally Inkjet Renew sends them a certificate which allows them to recycle another cartridge at no charge.
