What happens if we really need a lot of help, not just with the analysis program but the actual process of selecting software?
Our support policy is unique. Technical support for the program itself is a given. However, we take our responsibilities very seriously when it comes to helping our subscribers. I don’t care whether you know exactly what you are doing or really need a lot of help. You can call us for any reason at all and talk for as long as you like. You can call us on the weekend or at night. We will try to help you in any way you feel is needed, and we mean that quite literally.
