Our custom software allows us to see the warning signs before you notice any symptoms of the problem. And, in most cases, we’ll be able to prevent things like outages and crashes before they occur. If we’re caught off guard by an immediate failure with no warning signs (very unlikely), any amount of time spent recovering from the problem is covered under your service agreement.
