• You are more than welcome to suggest homes, whether listed or for sale by owner, to your Buyer’s Agent. Any of these homes would be considered covered under your contract with us. The finding of the home is just the beginning of a very detailed, time-consuming process. Particularly if the home is for sale by owner, you’ll rely on us to help you decide how much to pay for the house, to provide you with a contract form to use that protects you, to make sure you are protected against defects in the home and the list could go on. Finding the home is just the beginning.
