What happens if VocaBase® does not understand the caller?
VocaBase® will automatically react in successive steps to fix the issue by first asking the caller to clearly repeat his choice, then asking him to say one of the suggested choices, then to say the number of this choice and ultimately by inviting him to use his touch tones to make the selection. The interaction level of a user with the VocaBase® server is rated at each step of the dialog. Several levels of automatic assistance are automatically triggered following the reach of specific thresholds in the interactivity level.
