What happens if underwriting is not available through the Kansas Arts Commission?

The Arts on Tour grant program is a first-come, first-served program. Once all funds allocated to that program are utilized, a waiting list is maintained in the unlikely event that additional funds become available or funds are returned to the Kansas Arts Commission. Artists are encouraged to include a reasonable cancellation clause in their contracts with presenters which releases both artist and presenter from all contractual obligations should funds not be available.
