What happens if two Cisco Unified CallManagers have the same cluster ID?
Service Monitor behaves unpredictably; avoid problems by ensuring that cluster IDs are unique. To change a cluster ID: 1. From Cisco Unified CallManager Administration: a. Select System > Enterprise Parameters. The Enterprise Parameters Configuration page appears. b. Change the cluster ID (to a name that doesn’t include a space). c. Click Update. 2. Repeat this step for each Cisco Unified CallManager: a. From Cisco Unified CallManager Serviceability select Tools > Control Center – Feature Services. b. Select the Cisco Unified CallManager server. c. Click the Restart button.
