What happens if theres no-one to sign for delivery?

If we send an order to you via a dedicated parcel carrier such as City Link they will usually require a signature as proof of delivery. If there’s no-one in when they call, then they’ll usually leave a calling card to let you know they’ve tried to deliver. Either you’ll have to arrange a re-delivery with them or they’ll attempt to re-deliver on the next day anyway. Please email us if you haven’t received your parcel within 5 working days of ordering.
