What happens if there is no Highest Unique Bid?
In the unlikely event that an auction closes with every amount being selected more than once resulting in no Highest Unique Bid, the Highest Unique Bid would be the highest bid amount with the least amount of bids placed on it, with the winner being the member who selected that amount first. For example: Bid 1: $12.00 (10 Jan 07 – 12:34:05pm) Bid 2: $12.00 (10 Jan 07 – 2:05:25pm) Bid 3: $12.00 (13 Jan 07 – 7:08:45am) Bid 4: $11.30 (09 Jan 07 – 4:01:23pm) – WINNING BID Bid 5: $11.30 (12 Jan 07 – 6:38:05pm) Bid 6: $7.80 Bid 7: $7.80 Bid 8: $7.80 Bid 9: $7.80 Bid 10: $5.70 Bid 11: $5.
