What happens if there is more than one member of staff employed on the grant?
The award cannot then be placed in abeyance as other staff are working on the grant and therefore research is being carried out. In this case we will consider a spending period extension to cover the gap in employment. ROs/applicants should send an email to their AMT regional contact requesting a spending period extension.
