What happens if there is aninterruption during my exam sitting as a result of a power failure or computer malfunction?
CSI staff will make every effort to solve the problem as quickly as possible. The invigilator will keep track of missing time and it will be added to the end of your exam. If the exam cannot be resumed within 30 minutes, the sitting will be cancelled. All students will need to rebook for a future exam sitting. There will be no charge and CSI will try to accommodate requests as quickly as possible.
