What happens if there is an Urgent Event?

0

When the Data Manager determines that a defined Urgent Event has taken place, it immediately contacts our central server. The server will then start up the response for that Urgent Event for that user. The response could be a text message to the wireless device of a local provider on call, family member, neighbor, etc. In some installations the Home Guardian system may interact with a PERS, pushing the button so to speak, for the resident. The response protocol is set up at the time our system is ordered, so even users living in small communities can have 24/7/365 assistance available tailored to their local setting.
