What happens if there is an Oracle University price change during the term of my Learning Credits?
A Learning Credit is not a price hold. The Learning Credits discount will apply to the list price of the offering in effect when the order is placed. If there are not sufficient funds to cover the full balance of the last item to be purchased with the Learning Credits, then you must provide an additional form of payment to cover the difference before the order can be placed in the system.
