The conference organizers may change activities, topics and presenters when necessary. The organizers shall not be liable for any loss caused by cancellation of the conference due to Force Majeure (including, but not limited to acts of God, hurricane, earthquake, flood, acts of war, terrorism, or other acts of enemies; government regulation; curtailment of transportation facilities; strikes; civil disorder; or other emergency or event beyond the control of the orgranizers), thus making it inadvisable, unsafe, illegal or impossible to provide required accommodations and/or meeting facilities, hold the meeting or travel to the meeting.
