What happens if there is a problem with my payment for an AutoShip order?

If there is a problem processing your credit card (card is declined or has expired), you will be notified of the problem via email. It is your responsibility to correct the billing problem, (i.e. credit card number, expiration date, etc.) before the end of the month. Once the billing information has been changed, we will immediately try to process the order. If you fail to correct the billing problem before the last day of the month, the AutoShip order will be deleted, and you will not be reimbursed for shipping and handling charges unless your order has been active for at least three (3) months.

We will not try to process your order again until the next scheduled AutoShip date on your order. Remember that to enjoy the 5% savings, you will need to maintain your AutoShip order each month. If we cannot process the credit card and your order does not go through before the last day (25th) of the month, your AutoShip order will not be processed and you will not receive the 5% discount for that period. You will be required to start the program again to qualify for the 5% discount. We will try and process your order again the following month.
