What happens if there is a hurricane evacuation?
In case of a mandatory hurricane evacuation; you may use the days as “credit” towards another rental. This policy differs from that of local rental companies where the days are lost unless you have taken out a separate “insurance”policy. The credits can be used in the fall and in the spring. Only the days of a mandatory evacuation can be credited. If the evacuation ends during your rental week; a return is expected or the days are forfeited.
