What happens if there has been no recruitment activity in the period between assessment / review and post recognition review?
At the three-year point, a view needs to be taken on the continuing commitment and capability of the organisation. Following which, a post recognition review will take place as soon as the organisation has had an opportunity to undertake recruitment activity. Refer to earlier guidance re minimum levels of activity.
