What happens if there are no direct flights between the island and the final destination and I have to take two or more flights? To which flight will the discount apply?
In such cases, the passenger may call professional customer services to purchase the two flights, mentioning that they are residents and whether or not they intend to take luggage. CLICKAIR shall apply a 50 % discount to the basic fare for both flights, the rest of the charges for additional charges (luggage, card payment, Premium seats, etc.) being assumed fully by the passenger. It is very important to bear in mind that CLICKAIR, in such cases, will consider both flights as totally independent flights for all intents and purposes except for the application of the discount. Consequently, the passenger will be solely responsible for checking-in and collecting luggage on both flights, as well as for –as the case may be- obtaining the boarding card and proving his residency and each departure airport. Clickair does not provide connecting flights, therefore the passenger must bear the consequences of any eventuality with the first flight which may cause them to miss the second.
