What happens if the vehicle is in a tunnel?
The system records events when out of network range, within the device for future delivery. The PRISM continuously monitors the vehicle environment and responds to pre-defined threshold conditions, such as speed, geo-fences, unauthorized movement and other events based on time, location, date, speed, motion and input combinations, panic button, temperature monitoring, door opening and so on. Once the unit returns to a GPRS area all historical data is uploaded automatically ensuring no data is lost.
