– Cross level with own Command. – A Statement of No-Availability will be provided by the Fleet Mgmt. – Statement of No-Availability needs to be signed by the TMP Trans OPS Specialist, COR. – Once Statement of Non-Availability is signed by COR then customer can go out and rent Vehicle needed.
