What happens if the tenant fails to pay the rent?
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure that the tenant is financially secure, there may be on rare occasions where the tenant(s) falls into arrears. Urban Abodes Limited monitors the payment of rents enabling us to foresee any problems that the tenant(s) might have in meeting his/her obligation. In instances where payments are persistently late we would seek redress on behalf of the landlord through the courts.
