Since the files in Expedite are stored in the file system, they are still available for viewing even if the Expedite software is not functioning. They are also still protected by Windows security so they cannot be accidentally modified. Expedite will also check to see if any of the files have been modified once it becomes operational again in order to maintain the integrity of your information.
