If our server goes down during a Ring Game or Satellite, all current hands being played are cancelled and players at the tables will have their chips returned to their account. If a tournament fails, PSO & PokerPages will attempt to restart the tournament within 15 minutes. If the tournament cannot be restarted within 15 minutes the following rules will be applied: If an event fails and less than 20% of the field has been eliminated, all results from that tournament are void and all buy-ins will be returned. At the discretion of PSO support staff, the event may or may not be rescheduled. If the event is rescheduled the new start time will be within 2 hours of the crash time, and players will have at least 30 minutes to sign up for the event. No one will be automatically entered into the rescheduled event, it is the player’s responsibility to join the waiting list. If 20% or more of the field has been eliminated at the time of tournament failure, each player will be assigned a finishing
