What happens if the scooter is damaged during shipping?
Check your crate for damage before the driver leaves. It’s highly unlikely that your scooter will get damaged during shipping because it is packed very well, however accidents can happen so we insure each shipment for at least the replacement value and shipping cost of your new scooters. If your scooter arrives damaged, call the shipping company immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim. When scooters leave our warehouse we check it for damage. We DO NOT ship damaged crates, so if your crate has any damage, the shipping company that delivered your scooter is responsible.
