What happens if the RFD is changed during the final discussion period?
A new RFD/LCC may be issued if the changes are, in the view of the Board, so significant as to warrant resetting the clock for the beginning of the Board’s vote on the proposal. If the Board judges that the changes are minor and not likely to provoke controversy, the revised RFD may proceed to a vote without resetting the original clock announced in the first RFD/LCC.
