What happens if the Reward Card is lost or stolen?
Your Reward Card must be treated with the same level of security as personal credit or debit cards. We accept no liability for lost or stolen cards. If your card is lost or stolen, call the Cardholder Service Number 1800 636 434 immediately so that the card can be cancelled. You will need to quote the card and pin numbers in order to cancel this card and request a replacement card – a fee is charged for this service.
