What happens if the recipient never activates the card?
• If the card is not activated within 30 days, the entire purchase amount, less a $2.00 service fee, where applicable, will be refunded to you via the method by which you paid for the eGift Card. This is to ensure the card has not been lost. Discover Card will make attempts to contact the recipient 3 and 10 days after purchase to encourage activation, if he or she has not yet activated the card.
