What happens if the recipient/consignee is not available at home/delivery address?
If the recipient is not available at the given address, our courier will deliver the gift to a person who’s available and will take down the signatures and relation of that person to the recipient. In case no one is available at the given address, or if the address is closed our courier would leave a message card for the recipient. After coordinating with the recipient, our courier will make a second attempt. Sentiments Express will makes two attempts, after which the recipient is given the option to pick up the gift from the TCS Head Office. In case, the recipient does not pick up the gift by the end of the day, the gift is disposed off. An order attempted but not delivered at the end of the day is not attempted the following day.
