What happens if the pump is not turned on for long periods of time?
In the event the pump will not turn when the switch is turned on, the slotted end of the motor’s shaft can be rotated manually with a straight blade screwdriver. The access hole to insert the screwdriver is located next to the switch on the control box. This is not likely to happen very often since the closed loop plumbing system prevents the interior components from drying out. However, the RV Sani-Con is designed with this provision.
