What happens if the polling time is less than the run-time/export duration of a report or package? Does CRD support simultaneous multiple report-execution threads?

CRD does not support multiple execution threads. The other scheduled reports will queue up behind the one which takes a while and will execute in chronological order as soon as the earlier one is finished.
