What happens if the personal key gets lost or stolen?
You are the sole responsible for your personal key. If this key is lost or stolen Item Centric is not able, in no case, to issue you with a copy (unless it has been previously voluntarily shared with Item Centric for safe keeping). Without a personal key it is impossible to gain access to data stored in an Olmek account.
