What happens if the person making the claim dies?
Please notify us in writing in the unfortunate circumstance of the claimant dying. We will need to know the name and address of the executor or administrator of the deceased person’s estate, or the name and address of the representatives of the deceased. It should normally be possible for us to continue with the claim on the deceased person’s behalf.
