What happens if the payment of the upheld citation is not made within 10 days?
Any fines due and unpaid after (10) calendar days from the date of the hearing will be billed according to campus policies. Students will be billed by the accounting office for delinquent fines and court costs. Faculty/Staff members will be billed for delinquent fines and court costs by the Parking Services office and can expect to have any unpaid amounts withheld from their paychecks. Unpaid parking charges and court costs incurred by others will be turned over to a collection agency following normal Parking Services billing procedures.
