First, call the merchant to verify whether they received the payment. If not, sign on to Online Banking, select Payment History, select View History for the payee, select View Detail, and then select Inquire About This Payment to initiate your request. Or call us at 1-800-238-4486 with the information. We will contact your merchant, investigate the problem, and provide you with a resolution within five business days.
