A notice of pre-trial conference, with a pre-trial date and a tentative trial date, will only be provided if mediation has either already been held or, at least, scheduled. Where parties have not engaged in mediation by the time of pre-trial, the court may impose consequences for breach of Rule 24.1, assign the case to Rule 77, or make such other order as the court considers necessary or advisable, including an order as to costs.
