What happens if the pagerank of a website changes?
The price for a link is determined at the time the link is bought. The monthly price therefore wont change if the pagerank or any other ranking factor of a website changes, and likewise there is no extra fee or discount for permanent links if the pagerank of the link changes after you bought the link.
