If the package doesn’t arrive, we’ll give you a tracking number from the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Services (UPS) depending on package size. You can go on www.usps.com or www.ups.com to verify depending on which service we use for your package. Feel free to ask us for your tracking number when your package is sent. If the product(s) is damaged, please e-mail us first and we will take care of you. You can also fill out an RMA form via KYOZOU to inform us about the damaged product via https://checkout.kyozou.com/rma/rmalogin.aspx. Please fill in the appropiate information and we will get back to you so that we can resolve the problem quickly.
