What happens if the owners of the same string in different TLDs apply?
In some cases, there will be more than one applicant eligible to reserve a particular string in .xxx. In such cases, ICM will use a tiebreak to allocate the name in an equitable manner. To prevent any gaming of the system, ICM will not publish the tiebreak methodology until the end of the industry reservation period.
