In some cases, there will be more than one applicant eligible to reserve a particular string in .XXX. In such cases, ICM will use a tiebreak to allocate the name in an equitable manner. This will likely take the form of a mini-auction between the qualifying applicants. This however will not prevent any party from exercising any Intellectual Property rights they might feel they have using one of our many mechanisms for such challenges. 15.
